Description
This is a brief 7-slide PowerPoint program that presents NFPA 1006 Awareness or Operations-level rescuer procedures when shutting down (turning the ignition OFF) for a vehicle that is equipped with a keyless ignition system. The is an extremely common type of ignition system for passenger vehicles today.
The information covers page 117 in the Vehicle Rescue 1-2-3 book. On each of the seven slides is a specific text box that contains the two or three sentences that appear with that picture on page 117. The PowerPoint also contains Instructor Notes for each slide, which forms a sort of lesson plan for the Presenter. The file also includes and explains any relevant training tips, recommendations, advice on presenting the info, etc.
